Los Naranjos is a typical Robert Trent Jones Sr. design, with wide fairways and strategically placed bunkers and water hazards. The greens are spacious and slightly undulating. The tees are long and have four tee boxes: red, yellow, white and black, with course lengths ranging from 5,054 metres to 6,564 metres at its longest.
Since its opening in 1977, Los Naranjos has hosted several major competitions, including the Spanish Open, and is ranked as one of the best golf courses in Spain. Los Naranjos Golf is committed to the interaction between golf and the environment, recognising that golf courses occupy large green spaces that are habitats for different species, generating a unique ecosystem.
